The Police Unity Tour would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join our team in the Law Enforcement Run & Run to Remember which is being held on October 16th 2011 in Washington DC. We are hoping that all members past and present along with their friends and families will take this opportunity to share a day together for a great cause.
As you all know the primary purpose of the Police Unity Tour is to raise awareness of Police Officers who have died in the line of duty. The secondary purpose is to raise funds for the National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial and Museum. This is a great opportunity for the Police Unity Tour to fulfill its mission side by side with family, friends and the community at large.
Our team is open to anyone that would like to support the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial through the Police Unity Tour.

Chapter 37 members Brian Donnelly and Tom Rojecki have worked very hard in coordinating an adventure race and music festival fundraiser for Chapter 37 with Rugged Maniac. It is a 5K obstacle course designed with the help of US Navy Seals. It is scheduled for November 19th 2011 at Aviator Sports Park in Brooklyn, NY. This is the first time Rugged Maniac has brought this event to NY. Rugged Maniac has set aside the 2pm time slot for a friendly Police vs Firefighter challenge. It will be a 4 person team, and prizes will be given out to the fastest overall team and the fastest coed team. Attached you will find the flyer for the event, we are asking our members to please send this flyer to anyone you think may be interested in participating and PLEASE POST in all your commands. Individuals can participate in any of the many time slots throughout the day and then everyone can enjoy the music festival after the races, which will be a lot of fun!!!! Thank you for your assistance in getting this event out to as many people as possible, and we hope to see you there!!!! If you do not wish to participate we also will be looking for volunteers to help out throughout the day.
Any questions regarding this event can be directed to Brian at
bdonnelly@policeunitytour37.com or Tom at trojecki@policeunitytour37.com.
Help us raise funds without fundraising!
